These biotin jelly bean gummies are my new favorite! I’ve tried many brands of biotin gummies in the past and this one by far has the best taste and texture. They have a gummy center and a hard coating covering. The flavor is strawberry blast, and it is an artificial sweet strawberry taste that I really enjoy it. It’s a tasty treat that I look forward to having each day. The serving size is 4 jelly beans a day, which gives you 10,000 mcg of biotin. I always get a rash when I do more than 5,000 mcg a day (no matter the brand), so I only take two. However, if you take the recommended amount this bottle is a month one supply. which I think is a very affordable price for a one month supply. The gummies come in a plastic bottle with a twist off lid. It also came protection sealed, so you know it hasn’t been tampered with before arriving to you. Overall, I would definitely get this brand of vitamins again!
Biotin has made a big difference with my hair & nails.
10,000 mcg is a good amount of biotin. I started taking Biotin after losing hair from pregnancy, then stress. It took some time, but saw a big difference in hair growth. I also have weak nails, always have, but biotin has helped my nail grow stronger too. It has taken much longer to see a difference in my nails, but it has finally started happening. These have a strawberry flavor. I am not a big sweets person, but like these. They have a good flavor & jelly bean form is fun. While I can’t guarantee that Biotin will work for everyone, I can definitely say it works for me. I have been taking Biotin for years now and as I am middle aged, I also want to be proactive as hair thinning can be an issue as you age. I am happy with this product. Price ($14.99 at time of review) seems in line with other Biotin products. Worth a try to see if they are right for you.
